Deliver IADC accredited well control training (Levels 2-4) in classroom and simulator environments Assist in the delivery of Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) and Drilling Practices courses Ensure all training delivery complies with IADC standards and organizational requirements Evaluate trainee competency through practical and theoretical assessments
You will use advanced simulation technology alongside classroom instruction to build genuine operational competency.

As our new Well Control Instructor, you will deliver IADC-accredited well control training, facilitate simulator-based learning, and support the development of our safety training in Louisiana.

With simple end-to-end offering of products and digital services, seamless customer engagement and a superior end-to-end delivery network, Maersk enables its customers to trade and grow by transporting goods anywhere - all over the world.
You will be part of our North American instructor team, working across at our Louisiana facilities and occasionally in Houston, and will report to the General Manager in Louisiana.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Well Control Instructor to join our team in Houma, Louisiana.
