About the role

  • Responsible for preparing and maintaining accounting records and ledger for use in historical financial reporting.
  • Responsible for compliant and efficient preparation of statutory and other special purpose reporting, and preparation of consolidated financial information.

Requirements

  • Responsible for accurate and timely Federal ONRR royalty accounting, payments, and compliance reporting.
  • Process state severance tax accounting, payments, and compliance reporting.
  • Assist in resolving complex PRA processing issues
  • Prepare SOX and Key Control documentation monthly and quarterly.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Assist in resolving complex PRA processing issues and other PRA activities, including Settlement Diversity
  • Master Data Setup
