About the role

  • As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing your pipeline of pre-qualified companies and converting them to demos.
  • You will also be a key part of the sales process and the company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your pipeline of pre-qualified companies and convert them to demos of the market-leading SciLeads SaaS platform
  • Manage and work with the CRM

Skills

  • High levels of drive and willingness to learn
  • A desire to work in fast-paced sales environment with a significant degree of self-reliance
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • 6 + months' experience working in sales
  • An undergraduate degree in a science discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience working within the Life Science Industry, or Pharmaceutical Industry

Compensation

  • $66,600 (CAD) OTE ($45,000 base salary + $21,600 commission).
