Responsibilities
- Motivate and Support
- Partner closely with Enrollment Clinicians who complete the next phase of enrollment, making sure each person lands in the right hands.
- Drive Enrollment Outcomes
- Follow up consistently, manage outreach efficiently in HubSpot, and strengthen our partnerships by ensuring people receive timely guidance.
- You maintain a steady rhythm of outreach with high follow-up quality. You'll make a t least 100 calls per shift and enroll at least 25 people in MHC services.
Compensation
- For example, base pay of $20 per hour with a 20 percent bonus is equivalent to $24 per hour.
