About the role

This position requires familiarity in the following areas: DoD, commercial and civil space operations, ground systems, on-orbit systems, links, international capabilities, threats, cyber operations/threats/security.
Individual will assist in the coordination, development, and maintenance of said lessons.
In addition to the above, this position will also be responsible for the development, maintenance and delivery of all aspects related to Course execution.

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Space Operations Instructor to support course delivery and development at the National Security Space Institute (NSSI) Peterson SFB, CO.

Instruct in areas of SME and additional subject areas as required, supporting online, blended, in-resident and mobile courses of the NSSI as able and required.
Working knowledge of USSF Space Competencies
Working knowledge of Commercial, Civil, and DOD space capabilities and operations
Working knowledge of, and experience with, DoD Operational level command and control
Working knowledge of US Space strategies, policies and doctrine
Working knowledge of United States Combatant Commands.
Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligibility required.

Completion of Air Force Instructor Course or equivalent Joint Service or civilian course/degree
Familiarity with USSF organizations, Guardian development and strategic direction

Individual will assist in the coordination, development, and maintenance of said lessons.
Individual will instruct develop and instruct Space Operations lessons.
Individual will instruct, collaborate with NSSI government, civilian and contractor personnel to develop and deliver the courseware IAW customer specifications.
In addition to the above, this position will also be responsible for the development, maintenance and delivery of all aspects related to Course execution.
Travel requirements of up to 25% annually, including occasional weekend.

This position will instruct lessons in various courses as well as develop, implement, validate, and maintain educational and course materials for assigned lessons.
