  • $38,000.00 - 45,000.00
  • Meets company standards of 52 hours training per year

  • Field all methods of document turn over (fax, email, ftp) and log with timeliness and accuracy.
  • Major Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and managing transfers to appropriate departments.
  • Greeting office visitors and getting them signed in according to Expeditors protocols
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
  • Receive shipment notifications
  • Ensure customer profiles are updated and current for assigned accounts
