About the role
- Join our team as a Registered Nurse responsible for monitoring the safety and well-being of persons served in our IDD residential services program.

Responsibilities
- Conduct and document monthly head to toe assessments of each residential client
- Maintain communication with agency management and the client's support team
Requirements
- Must be a currently registered, licensed registered nurse in the State of Missouri
- Required License/Certification (one of the following):
- Our ideal candidate has a current Missouri RN license, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm in crisis situations.
- Complete monthly service logs, ensure authorized units are delivered, and attend required trainings

Compensation
- Annual bonuses - up to $12,000 in annual bonuses

- Report and document changes in client's health status and needs
- Consult with supervisors regarding emergent care and acute medical needs
- Complete Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST) duties, if assigned
