- Your leadership will directly shape the user experience of our websites, ensuring our products not only meet user needs but redefine market standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of user engagement data, behavioral analytics, and site performance metrics to inform design decisions and UX strategy.
- Translate complex insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions that significantly elevate the overall brand experience.
- Architect, maintain, and govern scalable design systems, including reusable components, style guides, and interaction patterns that support consistency and scalability across digital.
- Serve as a key connector between UX and development, ensuring design intent is clearly communicated, feasible, and maintained throughout implementation.
- Collaborate with developers on handoff, iteration, and refinement to balance user experience, technical constraints, and performance.
- Partner with project managers, developers, and internal stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical requirements.
- May present site maps, wireframes, and design rationale to internal stakeholders and, when appropriate, external clients to support alignment and decision-making.
- Conduct UX audits and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify opportunities to improve user experience and product performance.
- Create site maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to clearly communicate user flows, design intent, and interaction behavior.
- Drive the adoption of accessibility and inclusive design principles, ensuring experiences meet WCAG standards and are usable by diverse audiences.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in UX/UI, product design, or related roles, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end design work and at least 2 years operating at a senior or lead level.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, and prototyping, with experience in component-based and modular design systems.
- There is no travel required for this role
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.
