About the role
- You will be proposing new feature ideas that address a customer pain point or need, based on your deep understanding of the customer & market.
- You will prioritize and communicate production customer issues defects based on relevant data for timely resolution.
- You will be part of our multi-functional product development team working alongside the development and testing team to enhance our product offering.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap capabilities informed by regulatory developments, industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis
- Actively gathers data from multiple sources (customer, market, revenue, etc.) to drive effective solutions to business problems and strategic issues
- Writing functional specification documents to a high standard with inclusion of product user workflows
- Develops go to market strategy and launches plans at the product level through coordination with stakeholders and be accountable for coordinated execution across product, sales, marketing and other customer-facing teams
Requirements
- Ability to analyze and understand each of the features in RiskNarrative product suite to measure the impact of changes
- Strong product management expertise, including product strategy, roadmap development, customer discovery, and commercial execution
- Experience working with Financial Crime and AML
- Demonstrate ability to understand technical language i.e. REST, JSON, XML and accurately communicate to non-technical staff
- Working in an Agile Scrum environment following reasonable management instructions as required for the business
Compensation
- $104,900 - $174,700.
- Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
