About the role

We are currently seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team.
This role is crucial to maintaining the high standards of service and quality that Sutton's is known for.
As a Service Technician, you will be the frontline in addressing service-related callbacks across a broad spectrum of home improvement projects including roofing, siding, replacement windows, doors, gutters, decks, sunrooms, and select remodeling projects.

Provide clear explanations of issues and solutions, respond promptly to service calls, and ensure their concerns are fully addressed. -Technical Expertise - Maintain current knowledge of industry standards, new products, and modern installation techniques.

Roofing Experience: Demonstrated experience in roofing, including knowledge of materials, installation techniques, and repair methods.
No Fear of Heights: Comfortable working at heights, with the ability to safely navigate roofing and other elevated project sites.
Verifiable Work Experience: Must have proven work experience in the home improvement industry or a closely related field, with references to validate skills and performance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
Demonstrated experience in roofing, including knowledge of materials, installation techniques, and repair methods.
Comfortable working at heights, with the ability to safely navigate roofing and other elevated project sites.

Proven experience as a service technician in the home improvement industry, with a broad knowledge of products and services related to roofing, siding, windows, doors, and more..
additional certification in trade school or relevant field is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent

Possession of a full set of tools necessary for performing a wide range of service and repair tasks.
Ownership of or access to a truck suitable for transporting tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
