About the role

  • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GenAI technologies, LLMs, and scalable ML systems, along with hands-on experience in modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms.
  • Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
  • Work on end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies to enhance LLM performance and output quality.
  • Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for AI-driven applications.
  • Develop APIs and microservices for seamless integration of AI models into applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust AI-driven use cases.
  • Deploy and manage AI solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level AI solution design.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, TensorFlow).

Nice to have

  • Preferred Skills Experience with LLM fine-tuning and optimization.

Compensation

  • $150k-$155k
