About the role

Responsibilities
- The position will support cross-functional planning and drive financial insights to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Develop financial models to support ARR forecasting, renewals, and revenue planning.
- Build "what-if" models for market shifts, new product launches, and headcount scaling
- Partner with Sales and Operations to support renewal structures and financial workflows within Salesforce.
- Provide proactive financial insights to support growth initiatives and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to strengthen planning cadence and financial visibility across the business.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis related to pricing, cost optimization, and performance tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4-5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or SaaS finance
Nice to have
- Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, renewals) preferred
Skills
- Strong cross-functional communication and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- We are seeking a FP&A Manager - Finance to who will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), partner closely with the Finance Manager, and serve as a complementary senior resource within the Finance team. This role will focus on proactive financial planning, revenue forecasting, renewal modeling, and operational finance initiatives within a SaaS environment.
