- Support overall management of office operations and logistical support, including inventory of supplies, and upkeep of common areas
- Drive compliance and continuity by managing vendor relationships and ensuring all contractual agreements are accurately maintained and organized

Requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with a diverse group at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with demonstrated ability to learn other programs quickly.
Skills
- Strong event planning/project administration and coordination skills.
