About the role

- The 2028 Games mark the return of the Summer Games to the U.S. for the first time in 32 years and Los Angeles' third time hosting an Olympic Games and first time welcoming the Paralympic Games.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of web and app initiatives, from planning through execution
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities across multiple workstreams
- Partner with the Web Content Manager and Website Bilingual Content Manager to execute content initiatives, support publishing operations, and ensure alignment with platform capabilities and delivery timelines
- Support publishing execution and operational readiness for major launches, campaigns, and key moments across web and app
- Identify and drive improvements to the end-to-end user experience across web and app
- Lead coordination for major launches and key milestones, ensuring content, publishing, and platform readiness across teams
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in digital product, program management, or digital experience roles
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional digital initiatives across web and/or mobile platforms
- Strong understanding of CMS platforms, digital ecosystems, and content-driven experiences
- Experience translating business needs into clear requirements and execution plans

- Perform other duties as required

Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $115,000.00.
