An impressive mission requires an equally impressive Product Marketing Lead
VIA is seeking a high-energy, execution-driven Product Marketing Lead to completely own VIA's presence in the public safety sector from end to end.
If you thrive on variety, operate with urgency, and want to own a sector's marketing lifecycle from concept to execution, this role was built for you.
You will build and execute the overarching marketing strategy that keeps VIA compelling and competitive across both physical and digital touchpoints
Collaborate with marketing resources (media team, PR firm, etc.) to create the full suite of marketing materials that define our presence, including product 2-pagers, value proposition decks, and in-depth case studies.
Design and execute multi-channel promotional campaigns across social media, newsletters, and targeted digital programs.
You will draft compelling social copy, launch ads, and manage partner/compliance badges to keep our message accurate and fresh
Source, order, and manage all sector-specific marketing materials, digital assets, website updates, and physical booth inventory (from banner stands to organization-specific swag like custom challenge coins) ensuring flawless timeline management

Creative campaign execution: Proven experience planning multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating video asset production, and managing digital channels to nurture pipeline

Experience marketing to government, law enforcement, or corrections audiences is a major plus

This role offers a salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 USD per year
Time off: Flexible Vacation Policy with no set annual limit or accrual period, Summer Fridays, and an extended holiday period in December
