- Prepare machines and equipment for daily use Perform quality checks and complete related inspection documentation independently Use inspection tools, understand gauging and visual inspection processes, and pay attention to detailed procedures Communicate any operational issues to set-up personnel, technicians, or supervisors Make necessary machine adjustments as needed Identify product defects, document findings, and notify appropriate team members Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and other instructions Perform quality work checks to ensure products meet quality standards
