About the role
- This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors and staff.
Responsibilities
- Performs all maintenance tasks for units and equipment
- Manages work orders to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Performs all mechanical walks for construction
Nice to have
- Two or more years of m aintenance experience in multi-family property management strongly preferred
- EPA, OSHA, Fair Housing, and pool certification required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills via all communication channels
- Ability to lift equipment and appliances up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to take calls for emergency requests
- Must have a valid driver's license and daily transportation for getting supplies and other duties
- Work over 40 hours per week as business needs deem appropriate

- Company paid life insurance (1x base salary)
