- Identify bottlenecks, improve throughput, and reduce cost and defects across manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for robot assembly and production.
- Drive knowledge transfer from product design into manufacturing, ensuring designs are production-ready.
- Create clear work instructions and train production associates on robot build processes.
- Partner with Product Design, Supply Chain, and Finance to evaluate and execute make vs. buy decisions.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) from prototype through full-scale production.
- In this role, you will own and continuously improve manufacturing processes for robotic products, bridging the gap between design and production to enable scalable, efficient builds.
- This person will drive the translation of product designs into scalable, efficient manufacturing processes for robotic systems.
Requirements
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar).
