About the role

This role is responsible for ensuring that all invoices are reviewed, coded, approved, and paid accurately and on time while maintaining strong vendor relationships and compliance with company policies.

Match invoices to purchase orders, receiving documents, and approvals.
Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9 forms, payment terms, and contact information.
Support audit requests by providing invoice, payment, and vendor documentation.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred.
Previous experience with Ramp bill pay and Ramp credit cards, Ramp purchasing experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday
Salary: $70,000-$85,000
Benefits:

Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in accordance with company procedures.
Code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers.
Prepare and process payments, including ACH, checks, wire transfers, and credit card payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Respond to vendor inquiries and internal payment-related questions.
Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.
Identify process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency within accounts payable.
