Responsibilities
- (5%) Collaborates with peers, the Executive Director of Nursing, the Assistant Executive Director, and the Accelerated Track Coordinator regarding curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.
- (5%) Maintains appropriate records regarding student evaluation and progress.

Requirements
- Persons must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
- Hold a minimum of a master's degree in nursing.
- Preference is for a doctorate degree in nursing or another related field.

- Required Education and/or Work Experience:
- Hold a current license as a registered nurse in the State of Arkansas. Hold a minimum of a master's degree in nursing. Preference is for a doctorate degree in nursing or another related field. Have experience in clinical nursing practice and collegiate nursing education. Holds a membership(s) in professional organizations.
- Preferred education and/or Work Experience:
- The Bachelor of Science Nursing Faculty shall:
- A. Hold a current unencumbered license or is eligible to obtain a license as a registered nurse in the State of Arkansas.
- B. Hold a master's degree in nursing, doctorate preferred.
- C. Have experience in facilitation of learning in the on-line/hybrid learning environment, clinical nursing practice, and collegiate nursing education.
- D. Hold membership in professional organizations.
- E.Have expertise in alternate learning strategies (i.e., Blackboard Learning Systems) and various software.
