About the role
- Research and compilation of contract data for reports and auditing.
- Responding to emails and other inquiries associated with contract compliance activities.
- Reviewing goal determinations and No-Goals Utilization Plans.
Responsibilities
- Assists with responses to requests for information on the City Procurement Programs, and associated compliance documents, City business opportunities, and/or assistance available for small business.
- Reviews and maintains reports for completeness and accuracy.
- If you are selected for this position, and meet the Driver Safety Standards in the City of Austin Driver Safety Program, you may drive when necessary to multiple locations as part of your regular job duties.

Requirements
- Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
- Employees may be required to occasionally work early mornings, after hours, weekends, and special events due to business needs.

Nice to have
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, Task Management with tracking experience, MS Planner, and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge and experience with the City's MBE/WBE Program, DBE Program, HUB Program, or similar minority-and-women-owned business programs.
- Experience with the City contract, finance, and budget systems, including eCAPRIS, eCOMBS, and Austin Finance Online.
- The ability to multi-task and work with frequently changing priorities.
- Experience with advanced report development and report automation utilizing various platforms, including PowerBI, MicroStrategy, and other software.
- Experience monitoring and managing data for executive/management review and for division level performance reporting.

Compensation
- $54,340.00 - $64,660.00 annually.
