Responsibilities

  • Empowering your engineering team to deliver high levels of technical quality and business impact.
  • You possess extensive experience in at least one aspect of developing a world-class products and can effectively manage a high-performing team throughout the entire process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct management experience with an engineering team of at least 6 members with skills across the stack
  • You are an experienced engineer who has successfully transitioned into a people leader, passionate about creating impactful and high-quality web and mobile applications.

Skills

  • Kotlin / Java / Javascript / Typescript
  • Modern mobile development (Swift/SwiftUI, Android/Jetpack Compose)

  • It is Playlist's intent to pay all Team Members competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable.
  • The goal of Playlist's compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.
  • Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
  • The base salary range for this position in the United States is $151,000 - $201,000.
  • The total compensation package for this position also includes a bonus target and a full benefits package.
