About the role
- We're looking for an energetic, driven individual to become our next Sales Recruiter.
- We'll teach you the ropes - you just need to bring the grit, personality, and desire to win.
- You'll be in charge of identifying, screening, and coordinating interviews for top sales talent across the Mid-Atlantic region.
Responsibilities
- Own the top of the funnel: post jobs, source resumes, and contact candidates • Conduct quick and engaging phone interviews (we'll teach you how) • Schedule candidates with our local hiring teams • Keep applicant tracking systems up-to-date and organized • Hit volume & hiring goals weekly - this is fast-paced work!
