Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor during the pre-sales process, providing technical expertise and solution design for water quality and smart metering systems.
- Mentor and support internal teams, sharing knowledge and best practices to strengthen overall sales effectiveness.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings to ensure Badger Meter remains the partner of choice for utilities and municipalities.

- The expected annual compensation for this role is $115,000.00 plus monthly incentive.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in the water/wastewater industry or technical solution design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel as needed for customer engagement and industry events.
