Requirements
- Actively working in the trade with strong knowledge of construction practices and safety protocols
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, layout, and materials estimation
- WHMIS 2015 (required)
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Nice to have
- Experience with a large general contractor
- Concrete and formwork experience
- Experience working on condo buildings
- Roofing experience
- Valid driver's licence and clean abstract
- Certifications such as Fall Protection, Elevating Work Platforms, or other site‑related tickets
