- As we continue to grow, we are seeking a customer-focused and motivated RIBO Licensed Insurance Professional to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer records and policy documentation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and underwriting teams.
- Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, and relationship-building skills, with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Current and active RIBO License in good standing is required
- 1-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, a brokerage, direct writer, or customer service environment.
- experience applying and leveraging a RIBO license in a personal lines insurance environment would be considered a strong asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and insurance management systems.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a contact centre, sales, or customer-facing environment is preferred.
Compensation
- The salary band for this position ranges from $52,000.00 to $60,000.00. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
- Compelling rewards package including base compensation, eligibility for annual bonus, retirement savings, share plan, health benefits, personal wellness, and volunteer opportunities.
- The salary band for this position ranges from $52,000.00 to $60,000.00.
