About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer with a strong technical foundation to join an Agile Scrum team responsible for delivering and sustaining a large, cloud‑native application.
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will participate fully in Agile Scrum ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning and backlog refinement, and ensure that quality is built into features early.

Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for user stories, defects, and technical enhancements.
Design test cases that are automation‑ready, clearly structured, and reusable by Quality Engineers and automated test frameworks.
Set up, perform, and understand performance and load tests;
Develop and maintain test scripts and cases, and software test and performance measurement tools using appropriate programming languages or software applications; and

5+ years of demonstrated QA and testing experience or equivalent experience;
Test case development experience;
Good knowledge of basic test techniques (positive/negative testing, interface testing, database testing);
Basic knowledge of test phases (integration/functional, regression, system);
Experience in validating effectiveness of user experience of application;
Experience using source control tools - Microsoft Azure DevOps, and/or GitHub.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Demonstrate knowledge, proficiency, and practical application of SQA concepts, methods, and tools;

Use AI‑assisted tools to accelerate test case creation, expand test coverage, identify edge cases, and improve test effectiveness (with human judgment applied to validation and refinement).
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
