About the role

Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and procedures to fabricate, install, and operate fluids systems and mechanical assemblies.
Assist with launch countdown operations, integrated testing, and launch activities in coordination with engineering and operations teams.
Follow safety, quality, and operational standards while supporting launch site activities.

As a Launch Pad Technician I, you will support launch pad development, launch operations, and pad maintenance activities between flights.
This role works with engineering, operations, and support teams to safely build, maintain, test, and operate pad systems that support launch readiness.

Experience fabricating, assembling, maintaining, or operating aerospace, mechanical, industrial, or similar hardware.
Ability to identify hardware or operational issues, follow troubleshooting steps, and escalate issues when needed.
Ability to perform hands-on launch site work, which may include lifting up to 40 pounds and using required personal protective equipment.
Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, reach lifts, man lifts, or similar equipment.
Nice to haves but not required:

Experience using hand tools such as drills, band saws, grinders, magnetic drills, or similar tools.
