About the role

Responsibilities
- Leads and facilitates (Lean tool certified) process improvement efforts
- Supports advanced continuous improvement tool application
- Develops and coaches Leaders that are Appling continuous improvement tools and principles
- Supports MBU Kamishibai
- Supports 5S Activities
- Supports One BPS Transformation Assessments
- Leads Value Stream Mapping
- Leads BPSM and RSPS
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace
- 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 5+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Bachelor degree in engineering discipline
- 5+ years in related work experience
- Experience driving business transformation and/or lean adoption in a manufacturing
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- 5+ years of experience implementing lean principles
- 5+ years of experience teaching Lean+ tools and concepts
- 5+ years of experience working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model

- $116,450 - $157,550
