About the role
- We have developed strategic cooperative partnerships with leading ocean carriers and logistics service providers such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk Line, Sinotrans, etc.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter inbound inventory data into the warehouse management system and maintain inventory accuracy
- Maintain organized inbound documentation and generate inventory or receiving reports as needed
- Support daily warehouse operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Nice to have
- Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus, but not required

- Receive and process inbound shipments by verifying quantities, inspecting product conditions, and ensuring accurate receiving procedures
- Coordinate putaway operations and organize inventory according to warehouse standards and location requirements
- Handle exception cases such as damaged, missing, or mislabeled products and communicate with related teams for resolution
- Monitor inbound operational tickets and assist with inventory adjustments, transfer requests, and receiving follow-ups
- Requirements
- Able to communicate effectively in English on a daily basis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour + OT
