Requirements
- The ideal candidate is an experienced relationship leader with strong commercial instincts, operational discipline, and the ability to navigate complex business transitions.
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, management consulting, business operations, or senior relationship management roles.
- Experience working directly with business owners, founders, executives, or senior professional stakeholders.
- Experience with organizational change, mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or business transformations is highly valuable.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present clearly to executives and navigate sensitive conversations.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect individual business challenges to broader organizational opportunities.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of advisory firms, professional services organizations, or similar client-focused businesses preferred.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary range of $125,000-$150,000 USD, with eligibility for incentive compensation.
