Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, management consulting, business operations, or senior relationship management roles.
  • Experience working directly with business owners, founders, executives, or senior professional stakeholders.
  • Experience with organizational change, mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or business transformations is highly valuable.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present clearly to executives and navigate sensitive conversations.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect individual business challenges to broader organizational opportunities.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary range of $125,000-$150,000 USD, with eligibility for incentive compensation.
