About the role
- You are motivated to learn and interested in all things related to production and manufacturing operations, warehousing and fulfillment operations, maintenance and asset reliability operations, including the latest trends and developments.

Responsibilities
- As a Manager, you'll partner with our clients to identify and manage complex business problems and provide best-in-class advice and solutions.
- You'll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.
- Collaborating with plant floor personnel to understand operational challenges and design data-driven solutions that improve productivity and support their roles.
- Developing and deploying analytics models, dashboards, and reporting tools tailored to plant floor needs.
- Leading client workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions to identify opportunities, validate findings and refine recommendations.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality, logistics ) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- You have an inherent interest in project management and team leadership.
- You have an interest in participating in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline ( e.g., Eng ineering, S upply Chain, Operations, or Business
- Proficiency in AI tools i.e. Microsoft Data Foundry (or equivalent), ChatGPT, Claude, Co-Pilot, NVIDIA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data historians such as OSIsoft, an understanding of data tags and high value use- cases is a plus.
Compensation
- Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule.
