About the role
- The Product Strategy Associate will support the Product & Retail Strategy Team under the direction of the Manager of Product Strategy. This position's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with the development of cohesive growth planning and implementation product lines (Essential Plan, Qualified Health Plan, and Commercial),
- monitoring financial reporting, identifying revenue growth opportunities, identifying cost savings initiatives, and working on both Enterprise projects & ad-hoc initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support identifying areas of profitable growth opportunity
- Assist in developing and implementing planned improvements
- Support identifying key cohorts and opportunities for achieving short- and long-term membership growth and retention across product lines
- Work collaboratively with finance analysis, sales, and marketing to develop market growth plans to achieve membership objectives
- Performs all other necessary and requested product duties.
- The Product Strategy Associate will support the Product & Retail Strategy Team under the direction of the Manager of Product Strategy.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently

- Excellent analytical problem solving and data driven skills
- Strong writing and presentation abilities
