About the role

  • Some of our most technically complex products including Alpha SV and new product pilots are built here.
  • This is hands-on, precision work where craftsmanship, problem-solving and continuous improvement come together on the production floor.
  • Our team is focused on optimizing resources and mitigating risks within the facility and vendor base, as well as driving cross-functional communication and alignment to ensure production needs are met as planned.

Responsibilities

  • The facility also supports ReBIRD repair and renewal programs, helping extend the life of Arc'teryx gear.
  • As a Materials Planner, you are responsible for ensuring the timely availability of production materials and factory supplies to support production schedules and daily facility operations.
  • In this role, you will manage material replenishment plans, optimize inventory levels, identify and mitigate supply risks, and collaborate with suppliers and internal collaborators to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
  • You will also support critical purchasing activities as needed to meet production requirements while driving continuous improvement in planning processes, inventory performance, and overall supply chain effectiveness.

Compensation

  • Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
