- This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, competitive, and compliant proposals while supporting the financial lifecycle of awarded studies-from forecasting through close-out.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in proposal support, pricing, financial operations, or project coordination.
- Experience supporting client-facing, project-based budgets and financial tracking.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, analysis, templates).
Nice to have
- Experience in bioanalytical services, clinical research, or life sciences.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar workflow/project management tools.
- Exposure to RFQs, change orders, contracts, and quotations.

Skills
- Prepare pricing materials for proposals, RFQs, bid grids, cost assumptions, and timelines.
- Assist with weekly forecasting, variance tracking, and WIP monitoring.
- Support invoice preparation and allocation of pass-through costs.
- Assist with financial inquiries, adjustments, and project close-out activities.
- Utilize AI and automation to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in proposal, pricing, and financial processes.
- Assist with ordering study-specific materials and supplies for the Bioanalytical department.
