Shift Differentials • 2nd Shift: +$2.50/hour • 3rd Shift: +$3.50/hour • Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour (Friday 5:00 PM – Sunday midnight) Key Responsibilities • Deliver and oversee nursing care for assisted living residents in accordance with RiverMead
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee nursing care for assisted living residents in accordance with RiverMead policies and professional nursing standards
- Perform initial and ongoing resident assessments
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, Neighborhood Coordinators, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
