About the role

The Senior Product Developer will play a critical role within the Product team by leading the development and sourcing of products from concept through production.

Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation and feasibility through design, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization
Manage product development timelines, milestones, and risks to ensure on-time delivery of samples and production and have the ability to pivot and problem solve when needed
Ability to manage tight timelines and work with factories to prioritize in order to stay on calendar
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Design/Creative and Supply Chain
Support cost optimization, scalability, and manufacturability without compromising product quality
Manage Costing for all categories/New Product and work closely with VP of Product to ensure alignment

Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Development, Merchandising, International Business, or related field

5-8+ years of product development experience (accessories, soft goods, apparel, or consumer goods preferred)
