About the role

  • We are looking for a Retail Development Senior Associate to join our Consumer Products Retail Development team at our global HQ in El Segundo, California.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Merch on Demand/Print on Demand Programs
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensure that the revenue objectives are achieved

Responsibilities

  • We create innovative products and experiences that inspire fans, entertain audiences and develop children through play.
  • We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.
  • Develop strategic marketing calendar across all brands leveraging key franchise moments and content tentpoles
  • Create, execute and maintain listings across all brands including, uploading creative, PDP elements and troubleshooting issues
  • Partner with CP creative team for graphic needs and creative brief submissions
  • Report and leverage financial and retail analysis to identify opportunities, inform ongoing strategy and optimize performance
  • Build and maintain master spreadsheet of product listings catalogue for reference and reporting
  • Proven presentation skills with ability to drive appropriate influence and results with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, presentation building, and Microsoft products

Nice to have

  • BA/BS, MBA preferred, 3+ years of equivalent experience
