About the role

Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week.
We're leaning into intelligent tools to streamline our workflows, giving us more time for high-impact innovation.

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing B2B paid search and performance marketing programs, preferably within a SaaS organization.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into strategic recommendations and business insights.
Experience with marketing attribution, conversion tracking, reporting platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience required.
Experience marketing B2B SaaS, HR technology, or subscription-based software products.
Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Looker, GA4, or similar marketing technology platforms.
Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution, pipeline reporting, and revenue marketing.
Experience optimizing landing pages and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and enterprise demand generation.

Nice to have

Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or related digital marketing certifications preferred.
