About the role

Respond to inbound seller leads generated through our marketing campaigns Speak with property owners, understand their situation, and negotiate purchase terms Prepare and submit purchase contracts Visit to evaluate condition and meet sellers in person to close deals Maintain consistent follow-up with interested sellers Answer phones and keep leads updated in our CRM Build relationships with wholesalers and realtors Work with leadership and our Construction Project Manager to evaluate deals and hand off signed contracts for underwriting Represent the company professionally in the field across the Upstate SC market, with potential expansion into Columbia
Most of your time will be spent responding to leads, working the CRM, and meeting property owners across the Upstate SC market.
