About the role
- The role of the Busser/Attendant/Server Assistant is to provide a clean dining area bussing tables in an efficient, courteous and accurate manner.

Requirements
- Performs other duties as required by Management to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction and genuine hospitality to our Guest.
- Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks;
- Ability to effectively communicate with department managers, team members and guests;
- Ability to retain and give general hotel information.
Nice to have
- Obtain service area assignment(s) at the beginning of each shift.
- This can include working in the bar/lounge, dining room, private party areas & beverage storage areas.
- Promptly greet guests as they are seated and bring water to table.
- Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course.
- Clear tables after guests.
- Take tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
- Promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths between seating.
- Check floor and clean as required.
