About the role

They are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the site team, ensuring all workflows and standards are followed, and acting as the primary point of coordination between the site team, and the client.
Ongoing assignments will be subject to project availability and the candidate's flexibility to travel or relocate.

Lead and coordinate daily activities of Site Engineers and Graduate Site Engineers on the project.
Drive adoption of the XYZ platform among client teams and stakeholders.
Provide coaching and support to Site Engineers to maintain high delivery standards.
Push boundaries and deliver cutting-edge technology that is going to change the construction industry forever
XYZ has grown to over 100 staff across the UK, US & Europe and is working with Mission Critical organisations & construction companies to successfully deliver major projects.
The Lead Site Engineer is the senior field representative for XYZ Reality on a project.
Alongside leadership responsibilities, the Lead will also perform core Site Engineer tasks including progress capture and quality inspections on a daily basis alongside the rest of the team.
