Responsibilities
- Since opening in 2023, we've welcomed thousands of families to explore gear, build registries, and feel truly supported.
- You'll play an essential role in helping guests build their registry, discover the best baby products, and feel genuinely cared for from start to finish.
- Your application and interviews should still reflect you and your own thinking.
- We build real relationships with families during one of life's biggest moments
Requirements
- You have a minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or guest service role
- You are highly motivated and exude an energetic, friendly, and upbeat attitude
- You work well with others and believe in the power of teamwork and collaboration
- You have excellent communication skills both internally with teammates and externally with guests
- You have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Weekend availability is required
- You are able to lift and carry 25-30 lbs, and able to stand 8-10 hours
- Meet and exceed goals and performance metrics, like guest satisfaction and product knowledge proficiency

- Competitive hourly pay
