About the role

As a Senior Product Manager, you play a key role in the strategy, execution, and continual improvement of our product capabilities.
You are responsible for translating product strategy and customer insights into actionable plans, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering high-value solutions to customers.
This remote-first role is ideal for a technically strong Senior Product Manager who has delivered specific functionality and is now looking for ownership of an area of the product that services multiple personas with encompassing workflows.

You collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, prioritize outcomes, and drive delivery in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
This is a true product manager role - where you'll define the execution strategies and not just "manage a backlog".
Problem identification - working directly with our customers and GTM teams, you'll identify key areas of investment, building the business cases and roadmaps that deliver real value and outcomes
Prioritization and execution - balancing competing initiatives based on use needs and business outcomes, defining the work plans that optimize outcomes and working directly with the development team to deliver
Utilizing your customer-centric approach that focuses on problems and outcomes vs features, you'll deliver solutions that are adopted and utilized instead of just checkmarks.

Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to translate insights into clear product strategies.
Customer-centric mindset with an ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
A demonstrable ability to prioritize and say "no" to the things that don't align or don't matter
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B SaaS environment
Life-Cycle Management - after release, you'll remain responsible for the overall investment and roadmap, focusing on adoption, maintenance, additional functionality requirements, and sunsetting if required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to tackling challenges.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative development.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Design.
A bias to action - with a demonstrable iterative approach that accelerates understanding and mitigates risk
