Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
- 3 or more years of demonstrated AI/ML expertise.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Nice to have
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
- Hands‑on experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI)
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar integration standards
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Exposure to actuarial, underwriting, or claims workflows
- Understanding of enterprise architecture and production constraints
- Experience transitioning prototypes or research initiatives into production teams
- Python, Java, Microsoft Azure, REST APIs, LLM APIs and gateways, vector databases, agent frameworks, Docker/Kubernetes, SQL and NoSQL databases.
