Develop safe and practical methods to optimize race car assembly and preparation.
Support other co-workers with similar tasks in achieving the highest level of workmanship.
On occasion, perform tasks as requested by team principal.
Provide support for all pit stop activities under the direction of the Crew Chief.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
International and domestic travel with the team to races and test is expected and required for this position.
Establish good working knowledge of the GTD / GT3 class product and its sub-components and assembly required.
Organize tools, parts and anything required to ensure efficiency.
assist when required on sub-assembly, parts, wherever there is a need.
Required Skills and Abilities:

Comprehensive mechanical understanding gained through experience in motorsports at high level.
This is not an entry position - this is a professional race team operating at the top level of North American sportscar racing.
Applicants with IMSA experience preferred.

Solid base of mechanical skills with emphasis on motor racing cars.
Mechanical skills and knowledge of GT race cars is imperative.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
An entrepreneurial mindset and roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic.
Ability to successfully interact with all levels of employees in a multicultural environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Organized, accurate, meticulous in work approach.
Completion of technical education in preferably in automotive mechanics or related field similar background.
