About the role
- We're looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who is AI-native - someone who instinctively reaches for AI tools to move faster, think bigger, and produce better work.
- This is an execution-heavy role with real ownership.
- Ideal candidates have ~1 year of experience at a performance marketing agency (or equivalent in-house experience) and a demonstrable track record of using AI tools to produce creative assets, analyze data, or accelerate marketing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-Powered Creative Workflows
- Develop and maintain repeatable AI workflows for rapid creative testing and iteration
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
- Build and maintain dashboards that surface actionable insights
- Support Growth Operations
Requirements
- ~1 year of performance marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Fluency with AI tools for content and creative production (e.g., Higgsfield, Runway, Claude, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Kling, or similar)
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and/or Google
- Strong analytical instincts - comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, and ad platforms
- Bias toward action: you ship fast, learn fast, and iterate fast
- Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with healthcare, marketplaces, or regulated industries
Nice to have
- Exposure to CRO, landing page optimization, or conversion tracking
- Applicants must be based in the United States.
