Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver lesson plans with the ability to modify accordingly during the school year
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development
  • Manage student behavior in the classroom
  • Create a positive classroom environment for students to learn in
  • Implement school-wide culture expectations and norms
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks
  • Experience working within an urban environment

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $40,000 - 50,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
