Research, analyze, and design solutions through deep functional knowledge of business processes to deliver value to end-users of the Oracle E-Business Suite and other non-Oracle applications. Offer functional depth and expertise to technical solutions. Partner with IT and business process experts to articulate business requirements and ensure applications

Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business, or related field OR commensurate experience
Experience participating and leading in a team environment
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Applications or similar ERP platform
Offer functional depth and expertise to technical solutions.

Functional or technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
Oracle E-Business Suite certifications.
Explain relevant process elements, issues, and trends to foster a greater understanding among internal and external colleagues and constituents.
Communicate technical solutions and challenges to non-technical professionals
Consult with business process experts on solution testing approaches and methodologies
Leverage knowledge base in functional area, Oracle e-Business Suite, and related applications to teach and grow junior team members, providing functional and technical leadership
Follow Environmental, Quality and Safety Management System procedures and requirements.
