  • Your Role at impact.com: As a Senior Publisher Development Strategist, you will be the commercial engine responsible for driving significant revenue growth for impact.com through high-value, strategic publisher partnerships.
  • This is a high-impact, relationship-focused role critical to unlocking new, innovative revenue streams and maximizing the value of our entire partnership ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth (GTV, TRE): Create and maximize revenue for the business by identifying, establishing, and nurturing partnerships that deliver measurable value.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and successfully establish new, innovative collaborations that maximize and expand opportunities for both brands and publishers.
  • Cultivate Key Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term, high-level relationships with brand, agency, and publisher decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Serve as an Internal Expert: Act as the main point of contact and subject matter expert on publisher and partner types, continuously educating and supporting internal Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Proactively seek and manage new projects in collaboration with Product, Marketplace, and Strategy teams, focusing on technology partner integrations and resolving marketplace pain points (e.g., finance reporting, insights).
  • Support the Sales Cycle: Get involved early in the sales process to provide pitch support for AEs & BDRs, using publisher expertise to craft relevant, winning recommendations for prospects and enterprise brands.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with the impact.com platform from both advertiser and
  • Demonstrated ability to create significant revenue and growth through strategic relationship management and data-driven decisions (focus on GTV/TRE).

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of publisher/partner business models and the ability to connect brand challenges with appropriate partnership solutions.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience successfully liaising between sales, customer success, and product teams.
  • A proactive, project-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify, scope, and execute new business development opportunities independently.
  • 5-7+ years of affiliate marketing experience, ideally in customer-facing roles with enterprise-level clients: affiliate agency experience is a plus.
  • Extensive experience with the impact.com platform from both advertiser and Partner perspectives: experience with other affiliate networks is a plus.

Compensation

  • $100,000-$120,000 per year, plus a 25% Variable Commission Plan (for an annual OTE of $125,000K-$156,250K) and a generous stock (RSU) award.
  • This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting.
  • Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant, along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
